Just went there myself. Copious amounts of alcohol do indeed help get over the fact you are 3 decades old and now rapidly approaching your mid-life crisis.

i hope you thirties don't fly by like they did for me, i used to have beautiful red black and brown hair now that i'm very near 40 i'm going white, fastly. i'm going to have to dye my hair black. i learned to take in each and every wonderful day i have in slowly...... i hope your thirties are blessed......
