Haven't seen another red post for a while

I still plan to recode the game eventually. It's just a case of finding the time. I'd want to recode from scratch in order to build the engine as an API to allow for mobile (and other) interfaces to easily interact.

In an ideal world I'll find the time to make it happen this coming year. Monarchy was born somewhere between Dec 1997 and Jan 1998, so we're now a year away from a big 20th anniversary.

Wow. I had no idea this community still existed. I used to play Monarchy back in the late 90s and early 00s. I was a teenager. I remember when it died at one time and then came back. There is a lot I don't remember but I do remember this being fun. I'd love to see a reboot. Especially in app form!

Also - I'm writing a lot of code these days, and working specifically on apps and mobile friendly stuff... if you want a hand with anything Kaz, I'm using my powers for good . If you catch me within the next couple months, I've got a lot of extra time to use freely, and well, I always loved this place. It has brought me many tremendous memories, and friendships / relations I will not soon forget. I'd give my time to any potential reboot efforts, freely.
