I LOVE chocolate milk also. One of the few things I miss about where I lived in Cali is the drive through dairies. After work on hot 100 degree plus days like here the last few months, I would cruise through the dairy and get a quart of CM, usually in a glass bottle, and drink it fast, and have a second for the rest of the way home. Often I would get a third quart and throw it in the freezer so it would be chewy cold with dinner. It seemed to be the only thing that could quench my thirst. And it would have to have been extremely hot and I would have had to have been out in it working hard for most of the day before I would cramp up. Without the convenience of the drive, I'm now drinking water and cramp all the damn time.

Chewy, not chunky. Chunky would be gross. When I say chewy I mean that pint where about another tenth of a degree colder and it would start forming ice crystals. Milk, beer, soda, when they get to that point they get just a little bit thicker. The difference is slight, like maybe 2% milk vs whole milk.

Yes! It's like the perfect temperature for a cold drink. With my Jolt back when I could get it, and now my RC, I love when it has just that thinnest layer of slush when I pop the tab. It's hard to get it to that just right point cuz it's just a tiny temp difference.
