No, Grunt, you've got it all wrong. She was in Cali- now, she's in Reno. They let her out, so it couldn't be hell ;)

Fuck. Kaiser canceled the position. They're going to announce an Assistant Librarian job soon instead.

Phone interview with Johns Hopkins Medical School in Baltimore, MD for a Clinical Informationist III position. I'm truly honored to be offered the interview.

If you get that position, Gerien, drop me a line. I used to live near Baltimore when I was in grad school at UMD - college park.

Best of luck, Gerien!

And good luck on Nagash hearing you scream over his crying daughter.

She rarely cries in fact. Must be because she's not French. :P

Good luck, Gerien! If you get that position, make sure the Ruben awards you with another position which makes you scream! ;)

So I've been doing my research, and this seems like a really great job. High stress, lots of diversified duties, really cool people (they have a Facebook and a blog that shows their sense of humor), and a very forward thinking Director. (She wants to eliminate the physical library by 2012.) I'm really hoping the interview goes well tomorrow, because I think this could be a great place for me to be.
