Seems someone has taken serious efforts to burn my guild...I've taken the liberty of returning the favor...your move.

Need to edit this...that goes for both faiths...

That's bullshit. So now you have the top by a wide margin you'll just indiscriminately burn everyone to keep them from hitting you, as well as doing it seen?

Have no idea who burned you, but I have your nbers seen in my lands. I'd smack the fuck out of you except that's what you want - more easy land. Fuck you Nymph and TGE - keep it up and there will be one less guild for you to deal with. I am not going to play land farm and bitch to you motherfuckers all age.

I was thinking the same thing myself after Aero burnt my guild last night.

I don't stand for shadow support. It's bull crap...I will let him come in and explain himself, but I will freely explain myself.

I am very aggressive and do not wait to be destroyed if I have been burned (and its extremely easy to track who is doing what). I have 70+ turns (I saw 70+ because his realms were so large he was probably burning 3-6 turns per burn on many of them) of burning in my realms and thousands of structures in ruin. The only Faith to have scouted my guild in the last five days was Angelique. Bundes was on last night updating scrolls and guilds at the same time. Several of the Realms burned did not even get a pre-scout, they were just burned.

I assumed you were coming and used my pitiful amount of turns to burn some of your sorcerers as I imagine that will be the brunt of your impending attack.

When I felt the main threat was neutralized a bit I took care of the problem, one of his realms...both will his will be dead very soon.

You don't like it, put yourself in my shoes for a bit and see what it looks like. I was happy to wait for your first strike, but I thought I was in it...

And I still have 7/7 war ready realms despite not having fog or top spell on many realms.

*Edit -- And I left my numbers in your guild on purpose...I wanted you to know what was happening.

So you made acts of war against me and mine based on an unguided realm I have no control over? That's bullshit in the highest. I could much do the same in your shoes I -goblins- attacked one of mine under the guise of you getting aid from someone you neither asked for it from nor control.

The only reason you have not been smacked sumarily for being an as what burn-while-seen out of war person is the fact that you are, in all likelihood, waiting for the attack or trying to provoke it so you can feed. You could have talked to me, but because you hold the bigger stick you just act first, and arrogantly at that.

Why don't you just declare fucking war like you want to and feed, like you want to? Its clear your goal is an early age domination followed by cheap shots to maintain that domination. Very typically Leto of recent.

And I reiterate - I will not be your bitch or your land farm, and add to that I will not be your cheap entertainment either.

huh? this is the second time you've accused me of doing things with my turns that i didn't do.

i haven't updated anything. i've been building to try to catch up with the rest of the game.

quite frankly, updating the scrolls is one of the most useless things to do in the game unless you're 20 minutes away from declaring war or you're expecting a war.

i wasn't expecting a war.

Seska,

I will eat crow on this one.

I am prepared/have made arrangements to make reparations. I will give you unfettered access to one of my realms. You can feed with your guild (It is our largest realm, so that should be more than enough to exact justice in this matter). I have sent you the realm number in scribe along with my proposed terms and guild self restriction.

I fear relations are tarnished enough at this point that there is little hope of repairing them, but I will offer the olive branch nonetheless. I am admitting my own mistake and hope that we can move on past this.

If not, do as you see fit.

I await your response.

I did not say what you did with your turns.

And go to the Den...it shows that you did update the scrolls, which happened to be just before the burnings started.

From my initial point of view it looked like Aero (amongst other Angie realms which had networth fluctuations) was/were doing a pre-burn run in coordination with an attack. I was wrong...I am eating the crow. Why he is not in a guild still baffles me as he is more active than most of the players in the game currently and has caused more damage than an entire faith for the age...

Um..Hi?
I'm glad you have retracted your collusion theory. Playing as I have this age, I have recognized what my weaknesses are. I am not guilded, but yes, I do have 20 minutes to play each day. I have done scum operations against the Reds and the Golds this age. Unable to declare war, and with nothing else to do, the occasional scum action is at least entertaining. I feel you have overstated my strength, claiming I have done more damage to your guild than any other guild.. I have spent very few turns doing actual scum work. Not even an entire set. But if there are consequences for any of my alleged actions, I of course, accept them.

I just wanted to add something regarding the timestamps on updating the scrolls.

When someone logs in and the scrolls have not been updated for a certain period of time (3 or 4 hours depending on which scrolls guild or kingdom), they get automatically updated and would be logged as updated by whichever player happened to log in and trigger the update. This is to ensure that the scroll histories remain as up to date as possible.

If people are using the names of players who updated scrolls as some kind of indicator then it's much more likely to be a mistaken indicator. Only updates that are less than 3-4 hours from the previous one are real, and even they could be trigger by something else, e.g declaring war on an NPC would update the kingdom scrolls.

Your offer has been refused, but not out of stubborn desire to maintain hostilities. Proceedings have been tarnished nearly to a point of irreparable damage, but I will grant another chance to prove me wrong.

While what was offered is nice, I would prefer to take my repayment of, ah-haha, services rendered of my own accord, under my own power, and I am sure my people would agree with me. I am still displeased with the whole affair, as it pushes timetables back a great deal.

I really dislike people doing this kind of stuff, which is why *I* don't do this kind of stuff. If I do this kind of stuff, the war declaration is inside of ten minutes off, to be sure.

Is this a statement of relative ethics? When in Rome, do as the Romans do? When dealing with Letos, do as the Letos do?

No intent of doing as the Leto's do. I'll choose the higher path of What Seska Does.

I was getting ready to screen shot my own guild's news this time lol ahem sheesh got serious all quick there guys.
NymphNymphNymph, wasn't me this time!

Seriously though, I see where Seska is comin from. Having been accused and retaliatory (or preemptive in Nymph's mind) action taken, well, he's not gonna want to take what said attacker thinks is fair compensation.

Also, Nymph don't take that personally, Seska likes to work for the revenge. "Gimmes" are boring.

That said. I also think Seska can take what Nymph says for how the ol' warmonger feels. Nymph doesn't want to be judged wrong himself as much as he hates to misjudge others. But he'll admit it, same as I would, same as Seska would too. You two are more alike than ya think. Most decent GMs are.

But hey! You guys fight it out or whatever (just keep playing!) and I'll just go over here..... ;)

Couple of mine got looted the other night within a few mins of Bundes sending me aviary about sorc stats. For whatever reason I chalked that up to coincidence.

Now I know I can put that hash mark in Aero's column. =)

(edited for "translation" haha an' pffffffft. I refuse to translate for myself all of the time, so ya guys will either have to get used to Wenchspeak or goblineeeeeEze until my translator(s) are available)

Ok ok. I took the fall, I did scum some Barnies last week or two weeks ago. It was not me two days ago. That would be the Letos. Cojones? No, Dauthi doesn't have the cojones to accumulate land and make himself a target. I do. it's easy to hide behind just 6k acres.

Aero there was many of ages when I got up to 15k or more acres of land off of killing people, the only reason I'm not higher ranked as I am now is because of issue Kaz pointed out regarding how much built land we keep when warring. With it being lower I keep less, meaning I grow slower.

This is a war game not simcity, so I spend my time using it to war instead of building an a realm that will get crushed and destroyed.

if i don't sab vans when i'm not at war with a guild, i don't think i'd scum a guild, then send them a helpful message about how "i made a mistake on some stats i sent to all of trr when i was a member there, so here are the correct stats for you to distribute to your members."

also, can people not realize that i'm BUILDING? i'm seriously trying to catch up to all of you. do i need to start posting what i do with every turnset?

report for this past turnset: i just declared war on a ug. check the declarations page. both of my kingdoms attacked it. it had 1.1k forts and 3.5k firebeards. i had to burn its temples, sorc its forts, and then cs the shit out of it before i got in (what can i say, all of the UGs i had to choose between were going to require sorc+CSing, so i went for the one with the most land).

I DID NOT SCUM ANYONE THIS TURNSET, OK?

ok! great :) now moving on...
