Stepping down

When I decided to play again I had no intention of leading a guild. I planned on playing when I could and hitting off the banner for wars. Things didn't shape up that way. After Masta left and disbanded his guild I felt there was a need for someone to step up and try and fill the void. I tried. I failed.

I find I have very little time to play let alone run a guild. I've told my guys they need to find a new guild or step up and take over because I just cant do this right, and if you cant do it right you shouldn't do it at all.

So as of now I'm no longer playing and its not because of anyone or anything in the game its because as a father of two and the director of a 911 call center I just do not have the time it takes to play.

To be honest i doubt anyone is going to be even slightly committed to the game as we once all were...I'm kinda assuming that most guilds will operate with folks hitting off the banner. Perhaps with the odd 2 or 3 coordinating with each other.

I've certainly got no intentions of staying up late or cancelling other things to attend war chats We're mainly operating by leaving offline messages for each other in a FB group chat....so whilst we're semi coordinated there is no commitment outside playing when you have time yourself
