meh, its just a cyst or a boil by the look of it. I can assure you its far more horrible actually being the person with it than the person watching, or it was for me when I had one on my right nut and when I went to the doctors the anaesthetic didn't work.

It was indeed rather disgusting. My sister in law works in the medical field though, and she pretty much gets off while watching vids like this. Trust me, there are worse ones. MUCH worse ones.
