I am thinking about working out after work. Three days a week. Health club.

I am purely doing this so I can be vain and sleep with hot chicks. I don't give a shit about my health.

I do upper body workouts 3 times a week, the exercises listed at the website Gerien posted are what I do and after three months i can see a definite change

Oh and I stopped looking for 8 years, I got laid very little and what I did hit was really sub par. They were too weak willed. No spirit. No challenge.

I don't really give a shit anymore about relationships, women, etc. I kind of accept that I am better single and more people like me. I mean I have a ton of friends.
