Christmas lights outside - Yes.
Icicle lights on the porch, nothing on the second story cuz I'm not crazy and refuse to climb up there. But I did put white lights all along our wooden fence that goes around the front and side yard into the drive way. I also have the tree angled so you can see it through the window, and a santa window thing in the front window.
We put the same fake tree up that we've put up the last few years. When we first bought our house, around 5 years ago, we bought a really nice (and expensive) white tree that we liked. So we put that up, trim it in blue, and between my wife and I we had a pretty good stock of decorations for it. We started a tradition and we buy one new decoration each year for the tree.
We just wrapped most of all the gifts, and there's definately a ton of them. Not sure how the hell Christmas got so expensive, but if for some reason this place kinda comes up "Page Cannot Be Displayed" come Jan 1st, just assume that the credit card is all maxed out, LOL!

Re: So did your lazy ass.....
Owly,
I got a 3 year old, for the next 5-7 years (until he can do it himself) I kind of have no choice
In any event:
Christmas Eve (Today):
My mom and sister are going to come over in a couple hours. My wife wanted to bake Christmas cookies with my son and let him decorate them, they are coming over to help and watch and hang out. Plus since we do Christmas at our house, they are going to be enlisted to help us vaccum, clean, etc. We have my wife's entire family including grandmothers, plus my mom and my sis coming over on Christmas. Oh, we will do Stockings tonight as well since I only have stockings for the immediate family.
Later Christmas Eve we will head over to my inlaws and spend the evening there. We do their version of stocking stuffers (Chimney Gifts) and we have Chick - Fil - A nugget tray for dinner/snacks, plus I have some blueberry wine a buddy of mine at work bottled (he bottles his own wine) that I am taking with me. We will most likely hang out, play Wii and open a few gifts.
Christmas Day:
Everyone will be coming over to our house for breakfest (around 8:30 - 9:00). We are going to make eggs, biscuits, etc. Once we are dong eatting we will open up all the presents, sit and talk for a bit, and if anyone wants to stay watch movies, play games, probably play in the snow some more if its not raining since we still got over 2 feet of snow in the yard. I'm going to make chili for dinner, and that should be that.

Re: So did your lazy ass.....
The only person Santa is giving presents to this year is to our grandson Eric who's 2 years old and our grand daughter Emma. Hatama making a turkey. It's not going to be as much food as we made on thanksgiving. Hatama mother and brother coming over, along with our daughter and her son(Our grandson) and maybe a couple of her(our daughters) friends, and our son of course. Maybe one year they will let me cook the turkey i'm really good at it. It should be fun. i'm proud of our son, we gave him 100 dollars for Xmas to do with what ever he wanted to do with that and he spent every cent on his new 6 month old daughter Emma and Eric........
i will be cooking 'Chooke' a Chinese soup made from stock and left over meat of the turkey a day or two after Xmas Yum Yum.........

Re: So did your lazy ass.....
For the last three years, we've put up lights in the living room, and around the two living room windows. We started it for our now three year old daughter, and we just stuck with it. This year we got a new 3 foot fiber optic tree to put up on our entertainment center. We don't yet have room for a real sized tree, because we haven't gotten an entertainment center big enough for our tv. Yeah, I'm the guy that has the biggest tv. *Shrugs* It's one thing I've always wanted. Anyhow, because of that, we use a cool tv stand my wife made in high school for the tv, an old entertainment center for movies, game consoles and our dvr. With that taking up one wall, we need a little tree. Sadly, the stack of presents from us and the grandparents, for the kids, dwarfs our pretty little tree.
I just got home from work(stoopud mill) and my Christmas plans are: Sleep a few hours, wake up and help the wife with the big meal. Prepare for her brother and his woman and her kid to show, do everything at top speed so we can get them the hell out(He invited himself, then decided his GF and her kid were coming, too) and then my family can relax while my wife and I watch our spoiled children play with their mad loot. *LOL* Except for the brother thing, it should be a great day.
Oh, sorry, our main dish is a 21lb ham. The wife is going to marinate it with pineapple and cherry juice, cooking the pineapple on it. Dem, I can't wait!

Re: So did your lazy ass.....
We went from a 56" inch Samsung DLP to a 52" Samsung LCD. The DLP's lamp crapped itself and Samsung no longer had the part, so we got the LCD as a replacement. Samsung Support sucks arse, btw. I think it took them a little over two months to get us set straight. It's a rent-to-own deal with a small local company, and they handwrite the receipts. Samsung has issues with that. 5 faxes, two e-mails, and who knows how many phone calls later, they told me about the smaller LCD replacement. I was unsure, so I guess they listened that one time, and waited even longer before starting the replacement process, even though I said yes. Still, I gave them two days for the supposed callback, and finally called them and told them to jump on it and send it. Still waited a little over two weeks for it. All in all? Not worth it. But, the LCD looks way too pretty for my house. *ROFL*
