Spambots on boards.
Looks like we need to upgrade our spam settings. See two threads that have posts in them from bots.

Re: Spambots on boards.
It's started since New Year.
Our current themes are not updated for use with the latest version of phpbb, so I can't add the newer spambot measures because the theme doesn't have the code to accept them. All the the available measures are considered 'cracked'.
I was in the process of writing a couple of themes that are basically images and css changes from the default styles, so that when we update, the styles are also up to date. However, the last couple of days I had to fix an issue where someone got into Decae's account on TB, turned on uploads and somehow deleted the user table. So my attemtion has been in restoring TB.
The database account that TB runs from is different from the account that MG runs from, but if you use the TB password here (or elsewhere) it might be worth changing.
I think the quickest resolution would be to temporarily turn off registration and delete the obvious spam bots. I've been IP banning everything that's posted (and been deleted thus far)

Re: Spambots on boards.
Ok, I've added the light version of the new style, and enabled a newer spambot countermeasure.
I've turned on registration again.
Next step is to finish the dark theme and delete any obvious spambots
