Happy Easter! I'm currently trying to make an Eggs Benedict Casserole... looks good so far.. mmmm Hollandaise sauce.

I am going to paint me an Easter Beer and continue the tradition I started while in the Air Force
Start with a 6 pack and some paints
Paint one beer drink 5 repeat as needed

I am staying home with just my husband and a honey glazed ham, homemade parkerhouse rolls and all the trimmings. Berry, cherry and peach pies for desert with vanilla ice cream. Keep debating on whether or not to bake a cake and some chocolate chip cookies. I grew up the oldest of nine and we had three adopted brothers in addition. I don't know HOW to cook for two people

After all that we shall take our usualy stroll around the marina with the dogs. In total a nice quiet day. It is a little cloudy and chilly today but not freezing and only little drizzles.

On the flip side during our walk last night my dog Jack found some fish entrails that someone had dumped on the ground and rolled in them. Dogs are SOOOO gross, lol. Had to bathe him at ONCE.
