Other then screwing up the first game, I've decided I freaking love protoss.
Wait... you can already play Protoss?!?
I thought this version was limited to Terrans.

The campaign story mode is the Terran arc, but all 3 races are available for multiplayer/skirmish games. Otherwise online matches would be a bit boring if everyone was playing the same thing.

Yea the campaign is only the Terren story. The Zerg and Protoss come out later in life (I think next year).

You can play any of the 3 in multiplayer.

Buy the game, Mickal. It's a good way to stay away from girls. Girls only cause you trouble. Stay out of trouble!

Try to find a doctor to proscribe you Starcraft II so you can reclaim the money later ;)

I have decided to wait for a price drop. There are still five unplayed games waiting for me (among which God of War 3 and Heavy Rain). And I have too little time as it is :P

I'm not expecting a price drop any time soon.

It'd be nice if they had a downloadable demo at least, seems that not that many games do that these days as they used to. I remember having piles of demo discs so I could have a go at everything coming out and see what I liked and more importantly see how well they ran on my system.

This is pretty much my opinion. £45 quid, that can fuck off. I'll wait until it lowers...whether than is 6 months or two years who cares...there is ALOT of games out there.

rather sadly, i've become slighlty addicted to minecraft.net

browser(or download if you fancy) harvest/build type game. its in alpha, but its good fun. Gfx are rather blocky, but its basically LEGO with monsters and resources :) The freebie "classic" game is only make and break shit. very basic. gonna be hosting a multiplayer server as it arrives. early version of that should be this week sometime apparenlty

Any idea if it's playable on mobile phones? Seems like a nice timekiller.

EDIT: it's not free.... never mind then ;)

I sucked it up and got it. The single player is really really fun. The multiplayer is almost exactly like Starcraft 1. With maybe 2-3 new units per race or so. I haven't tried all of them yet. Its still starcraft so really confusing and fast paces multiplayer.

If anyone wants to try playing online together let me know.

HIYA! MY NAME'S THE ORIGAMI KILLER AND OOOOOH BUT 'AVE I GOT A CHALLENGE FOR YOU! THIS 'ERE IS A MYSTERY GAME WHERE THE CONCLUSION TO THE MYSTERY (THAT BEING MY IDENTITY) MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE WHATSOEVER. OH AND THERE ARE BRANCHING STORY PATHS, BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER SINCE WHO I AM NEVER FUCKING CHANGES AND MAKES THE WHOLE EXCERCISE COMPLETELY POINTLESS.
ALSO I 'OPE YOU LIKE QUICK TIME EVENTS BECAUSE THAT'S THE SUM TOTAL OF GAMEPLAY YOU WILL BE "ENJOYING" WHILE YOU TRACK ME DOWN. QUICKLY PRESS THE ACTION BUTTON TO BELLOW THE NAME OF YOUR MISSING SON INTO THE NIGHT SKY!
ON THE PLUS SIDE, AT LEAST MY GAME IS BETTER THAN INDIGO PROPHECY--ONLY JOKING.

There you go, I just saved you the time it would take to go through Heavy Rain. To increase the immersion in the experience add in several helpings of "press the action button to design a condo".
Seriously, fucking amazing how stupid the "reveal" in that game.
'Sup?

Yep, http://us.bigpoint.com/ is a free MMO portal, some of the games are rather cool.
