Maven
So it appears that Maven is on her way to Mars
I always knew she was out there but never realized how far
I reckon her interest in the upper atmosphere of other planets got the best of her

Re: Maven
I thought Joe meant the "Mars One" thing - to make colony on Mars within next 10 yrs. Some studies suggest the place will be a "breeding ground for mental illness" due to the isolation and being well, STUCK ON MARS!
Orrrr that whole thing could just be a bunch'a bored Dutch-types playing with their money.
I can't think of the guy's name *googles it* Elon Musk? Sounds like someone who'd send people to Mars lol

Re: Maven
Isn't the United States, technically speaking, a crazy Euro colony?
I think I would make a great pope.

Re: Maven
But yes, Tara...Mars One. If they survive the trip, they'll still be dependent upon follow up ships to bring them food and supplies. Unless the tech has gotten MUCH better, it's basically a death sentence.

Re: Maven
Despite several fervent wishes and a court order or two, the rumors of MY departure to Mars are regrettably exaggerated.
I am the same place I always am Strum, on Facebook. Sadly, real life events soured me on online gaming on a rather permanent basis, and as much as I love many of you one thoughtless remark here by someone I don't know and don't care to soured even this place. I just get queasy when I come back. Had it not been for Misty's passing I would not be here now.
