On April 16th 2011 3:45am C linton J Nelson passed away. He died from kidney failure.
I ran to the VA Hospital as fast as I could but it didnt help. He couldnt do dialysis cause his cancer had spread to much. It was the chemothraphy drugs that harmed his kidneys the month before really bad. They were giving up 2 pints of blood each week for his hemoglobin where low and his kidneys where low also.
His funeral was April28th in Killeen,Texas at the Central Texas Veteran Cemetary he had full honors ceremony with eulogy given by Danielle ans Natasha Botello, his daughters.
Family and Friends show up. He was cremated and put in a wall niche.
I miss him dearly and love him very much.

Thanks guys things are getting alittle better each day last night was ruff I couldnt sleep without thinking I needed to check on Clint then I would say wait a minute he has passed away. Its funny how the mind plays games with one head.

He fought a really hard battle with this cancer.
The chemotheraphy was really hard on his kidneys whic is what killed him.
I keep feeling I should have done more to help him out but in thelong run there was nothing I could do but what I did.
He told before his death he didnt want to be on any machines to let him die without the machines.
The VA hospital keep him on morhine drip so he wouldnt fell any pain while he was dying.
At midnight of the 16 th everyone left his room and my sister in law stayed with me at the VA Hospital.
AT 200am I got up and told him its okay to leave us now I l.ove you willl always love you , you may go.
At 330 am he passed away before he died he did alot panting in his breathing which was early sign he waws about to leave us. He died with his eyes closed whcih the nurses say was a hard thing for him to do most people die with thier eyes open.
We gave him honor miltary funeral on April 28th which was his 62th birthday.
He was cremated and put in niche of wall in Killeen Crematsry in Killeen Texas.
The killeen cemetary is beautiful wooded place quiet and peacful I feel Clint is in good plae.
Clint is such good man and sweet hubby and best dad.
MY daughters did the eulogy which was about how they met him and how much theyloved him .

I sure do miss him.

TEVA, I know how hard it is to lose a loved one to cancer. I pray that you will feel comfort from family and friends during this time of healing for you. I have always insisted that Cancer not only affects the one who is diagnosed, but all those around them.

Thanks everyone. I am doing pretty good comsidering he is gone.
I have spells where I just cry ancd cry.
I am keeping busy with church stuff and internet stuff plus working helps.
With the help of yall and my friends I think I will be okay.

Now my oldest daughter Natasha is telling people I didnt allow her to talk to Clint before he died when the fact is she never called him and when she did one time I gave the phone to Clint.
I use to call her all the time asking her to call Clint cause he was dying and she needed to talk to him before he passes away.
I even emailed her with updates of Clint condition weekly after his doctor appointments and would ask her to call or email him.
All my family knows I tried my hardest to get her to call but she didnt.
The one time she did call she asked Clint if he ever had sex with her and he told her no that never did happen.
Clint told me about this month before he died and said she gave him the heebie jeebies.
Clint is sweet and caring person and wouldnt do anything sexual to my girls.
When Tasha was in middle school she would hang all over clint like a wife does her husband and Clint asked her to stop and I had talk with her about you dont hang all over men like that.
When she was in high school she wouldnt come home sometimes even for 2 days and I would yell at her for this disobeying the rules and she called the cops on me saying I was abusing her cause I yell at her alot.
The cops told her she didnt know what abuse was and let us all go home.
Clint told her the rules and told her she must obey them or move out.
When she turn 18 she went to the cops again after I told her not to do something. The cops did nothing but told her that we could kick her out of the house if she didnt want to obey the rules.

When I was a kid I didn't understand myself I was so self-centered, as a grown up I have no understanding if the younger generation. There's always tomorrow and hope. One day they might grow out of it and talk to you.......
