Take care of yourself Owly. This kinda drug abuse issue is a very difficult thing to overcome. I told myself when i got out of the hospital that i wouldn't do it anymore, but i did. I did worse things and just kept screwing myself over and almost losing everyone i love.

Oddly enough, what has helped recently is weed. Cause whenever i feel like taking a bunch of pills in a way i shouldn't, i can just smoke a little and the urge leaves. However, weed is a new thing for me, and i know it is not for you. Find something else to do when you want to take more than you should! And childlock all the bad pills better, cause then a messed up you won't take even more.

Please get help! You coulda took 2 At.s and 2 glasses of wine and been loopy and got to bed without doing more damage. Though in reality the objective is to not have the urge to do it at all.

i know teva i been away for a while, got fucked up and played chicken with cars on the freeway and the cops got me they know me good by now and took me direct to the hospital lol. i went to drug class so my stay wasn't wasted.
i could of got killed myself but more important i coulda killed someone else and that scares me......

i will quit taking pills but i still will smoke the herbaga because it calms me down and i got a perscription for it, when i smoke a joint the desire to down a bunch of pills demises.

i refused ativan today i lost my new phone when i went on my rage. i eat ativan like it was candy. i see it this way, there's two off me one known here and the one when i black out, evil owly i call him i only know i did it becuase a nurse told me i did, when the good owly woke up. i'm jusst glad i didn' hurt any body and in jail, its a slap in the face i need to get off of ativan. im tired of the mental ward ever time i do this everyone there hits me up cigs but the food is great. dont worry about me the good owly knows he hast to get off ativan.......

You know what I've learned about prescription drugs?

You Can Only Get So Fucking High.

You can take 3, 4, 5 ativan...or 12.
12 damage your liver that much more, but the ratio that your taking it in wont get u any fucking higher after a certain damn point than 4 would.

Same with hydro/ pain shit, or whatever.
u can take three...or u can take ten. but after three or so your wasting the damn things because all that extra stuff is doing is fucking up your body faster.

There's something to be said for rationing if your gonna do it :>

Those extras don't make u higher.<after a certain point or tolerance that your body gets to> they just make the damage your doing go faster.
