This is the New Server

This weekend I'll be moving monarchy over to my new server.

I'll be turning off the boards, and as soon as the threads are copied over, will update the 'boards offline' message with a temporary URL to use while DNS propogates.

Conquest and Domination will both reset, with Conquest moving on from v1 to join Domination in the v2 codebase.
Programming is 10% science, 25% ingenuity and 65% getting the ingenuity to work with the science
