Account Creation Temporarily Disabled

Over Christmas we've had a huge surge of spam accounts registered and spamming the boards.
I've just done a mass purge of users created after 1st of December, this "might" have included some real users, and if so I apologise.
Account creation will be restored once I've updated to a newer version of phpBB
