Polls should now be working again

Having not attempted to create or post in a poll for a while, I hadn't realised that they were not working.

After a quick tweak, they ought to be working again. I've just tested with the default Melankolia template and I made selections in a poll and successfully submitted them.

Please let me know if polls still don't work for you. It's important to know which template you use.

I have edited the permissions on the Admin News forum so you ought to be able to vote in polls created in this forum (you still cant post here). We have 3 installed styles, so (if you want) you can make 3 votes and you can change your vote.

Edit, just realised that the no option is totally pointless so removed the no options. Let me know if you fail to post in the poll via PM
