When you log into the website portal (prior to accessing the game), there is a link where the password entry box used to be, called 'tool'. Inside the tool is an option called 'Manage Identities'. Using this option you can link an account on these message boards, with your website account for Monarchy.
To link accounts, all you need to do is enter the name of your monarchs Glen message boards account into the box on the Manage Identities screen. This will cause an authentication code to be sent via PM to the account on the boards. Log into the account on the boards, retrieve the code and then paste it into the appropriate box on the Manage Identities screen.
When creating a new kingdom (assuming that you have at least one linked identity) you can chose which identity is used for the purposes of the Hall of Fame.
Once you have registered an identity, if you would like to have it linked to the current age or previous ages, in order to show up on the HoF, please send a PM to Kaz.
Linking multiple identities to your account will also unlock the ability to switch between posting accounts on these boards. Useful for any players with multiple accounts for the purposes of roleplay.
