Turst me I know about it being about being online, saving peasants and such.
I used to play ollie, where you could cloud guild mates kingdoms from attack, oh how I know.

Not wild about starting out with 3 hours worth of turns. If you manage to not get attacked while you use that many turns fluffing your good. If not, your dead.
I guess it helps test the game.
