I use to live in Vegas and had to leave for many the same reasons and moved to Saint George Utah for many of your same reasons. Water skiing with in 20 minutes, 2 of the largest manmade lakes within 2 hours. Tuachan outdoor theatre for Broadway shows and concerts. Low low crime, True mix of cultures...
